Audrey Huetteman - Founder and Executive Director

Audrey, from the San Francisco Bay Area, began her Moroccan journey when she served as a Peace Corp Volunteer from 2017-2019 in a small village in the Mid Atlas Mountains outside of Azrou. During her service she worked alongside local women and helped oversee the formation of their very first sewing cooperative. Through this experience Audrey fell in love with the people and culture of Morocco. Motivated to continue her work in Morocco, after her service, Audrey embarked on a new journey which led to the formation of Amalna Maroc in 2021.
